Martin Guinard is an independent curator based in Paris. With a background in visual arts and art history, he has worked on several interdisciplinary projects dealing with ecological mutation. In particular, he has collaborated with Bruno Latour on five international art projects. He is co-curator of the exhibition “Critical Zones” which will open at the ZKM in May 2020, and curator of the Taipei 2020 biennial entitled “You and I on the same planets” which will open in October 2020.

In 2016, he co-curated the exhibition Reset Modernity! at the ZKM, and then lead two workshop platforms continuing the research launched in the exhibition: Reset Modernity! The two projects took place respectively within the framework of 2116 Seeds of time, directed by Hans Ulrich Obrist and Yangwoo Lee at the Himalayan Museum (2017), then at the Pejman Foundation and the The University of Tehran, in collaboration with Reza Haeri.
